Graduated from Osaka Abeno Culinary School. After working as assistant of food stylists, she starts working independently. In her job, she deals with food, from developing recipes to food presentation for magazines, books and advertisement. Her activities are various, including also the organization of food related events, and the designing of restaurants and bars. In 2009, she moves her business base from Tokyo to Fukuoka. She puts her efforts to connect manufacturers and consumers, organizing food meetings and events all around the country. She is the author of several books published in Japan.
