I received a surprise right at the end of this year: a lifetime membership card from the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. It’s a card that the SFMOMA gives to those artists and designers whose works have been included in the museum’s permanent collection. This is another byproduct from the valve amplifier “22″. Actually, I’ve never visited the SFMOMA, I’m planning to go there with the card in 2016, when the constructions now I’m working on will be completed. It’s just a coincidence but, when I was in the high school, I read an article on a magazine about Mario Botta, the Swiss architect, that really inspired me: the original design of SFMOMA is by Mario Botta, and that gives me such a deep emotion.
