I put a Christmas lease at the entrance door of my shop, and then one of my staff, Roby from Milan, arrived and said “Right on time!”. In Italy, he said, Christmas season starts the 8th of December. This time was just a coincidence. It’s difficult to be just perfect, not too early, not too late. Birthday must be right on time, I think. For us, if the winter sales start too much early, everything crumbles. So, suddenly I thought that being right on time is very difficult.
