In order to celebrate the end of “thought”, the collective exhibition that was held in Hasami, the other three committee members and I had a party last night. The place was of course “Tsudoi”. We reflected on different points and talked about the future challenges: it was an intense night.


The ending dish was rasomen. It was a while since I last had it. If you like the taste of the noodles themselves, their inner flavor, don’t miss it. Oh, at Tsudoi we met also “this guy”.
