DAYS_
ANTWERPEN
I reached Antwerp after two hours of train from Paris. Antwerp is the city that hosts the Royal Academy of Fine Arts.
Dries Van Noten headquarters.
The huge fitting room inside the store of Ann Demeulemeester. From the window is visible the courtyard garden.
Ann Demeulemeester headquarters.
The amusement park was set up at the seaside and I wanted to get on the Ferris wheel but, here the cabins are open, without windows or barriers… the speed was fast, too… I was really scared.
Antwerp from the scary wheel.
I enjoy so much the shops that sell antique furniture. Spending the whole day inside just watching around is exciting. There was a shop I liked very much, it was right in the sales period, I wanted to collect their furniture in a container and ship it to Japan.
This adorned station is beautiful.
Thank you very much Nao, let’s go again!
The Antwerp Six, six world-renowned fashion designer were born in this little town. It was a good occasion also to think about it walking around the town.
