My name is Shiho Miyawaki, and this is my first post.
Go Fujito has invited me and now I’m part of this blog, Central.

Once a year… India.
Once a year… Hawaii.

This cycle started with an objective, and since last year,
three times a year… Hawaii.
Frequency has risen.

My yoga retreats in Hawaii started five years ago,
and this year in June I held a yoga retreat in Big Island for the first time.
The still active volcano rules over the goddess Pele, and protects the beautiful nature every day.
